Shipping and Payment Information
Domestic Shipping:
- Shipping Methods: Standard domestic shipping is available. By selecting “Request a Quote,” you may also receive options for expedited shipping, white-glove service (third-party), or international shipping.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders using the “Request a Quote” option may require additional processing time.
- Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. Delivery times may be longer for orders using the “Request a Quote” option.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the items ordered and the shipping method selected.
- Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
International Shipping:
- Shipping Methods: We provide international shipping to selected countries. All international orders require the “Request a Quote” option to determine shipping availability and cost.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation before international shipping arrangements are made.
- Delivery Time: International shipping typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on the destination.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the items and the shipping method selected. International orders will receive a customized quote through the “Request a Quote” option, which may include shipping, insurance, and any applicable taxes.
- Customs and Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or VAT that may apply. Crown Market Purveyors is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Shipping Restrictions:
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Certain items may be restricted from international shipping due to size, weight, or destination country regulations.
