Return Policy
At Crown Market Purveyors, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products purchased from us.
Returns
You have 10 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Receipt: A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided, we only accept returns from the person who bought the item.
- Cancellation Right: Customers who purchase from us via online or telephone orders have the right to cancel an order, even if the goods aren’t faulty, within 2 days of the invoice date (whether payment has been made or not).
- Refund Process: We will issue a refund to customers if you’ve told us within 3 days of receiving your goods that you want to cancel. You have another 7 days to return the goods to us once you’ve informed us.
- Return Shipping Responsibility: It is your responsibility to arrange and pay for the return of the item if it is not faulty. If the item purchased is faulty, Crown Market Purveyors will reimburse any costs involved.
- Refund Timeline: We will refund you within 10 days of receiving the goods back in the condition they were purchased in.
- Refund Amount: The refund issued will be the cost of the item only and does not include packing/delivery costs to send the item to you.
- Refund Method: The refund will be processed using your original payment method.
- No Buy-Back Service: We do not offer a ‘buy back’ service for items purchased from us.
- Customs and Import Taxes: Buyers will need to check with their local authorities to see if any customs and import taxes are applicable. Any additional customs and tax payments are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Customs Delays: Crown Market Purveyors is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Known Faults: If an item is known to be faulty at the time of purchase.
- Altered Identification: If labels, maker’s marks, or anything identifying or adding provenance to an item have been removed.
- Damage from Repairs: If an item has been damaged by attempting to repair it or having someone else attempt to repair it (you may still have the right to a repair, replacement, or partial refund).
- Change of Mind: If you no longer want an item (e.g., because it’s the wrong size or color) unless you bought it without seeing it (i.e., online) at which point you will be entitled to a refund of the purchase price only (not shipping/packing costs).
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

- Package Item: Securely package the item, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
- Ship Item: Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
